Are you ready to start your career with responsibility from day one in an international environment? Techtronic Industries Nordic (TTI) is looking for ambitious and driven talents from across the Nordics – Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland – to join our 2026 Nordic Graduate Program.

About The Program

This is not a “watch and learn” program. It is designed for people who want to grow through real responsibility, close to our product, customers and the business.
 
You will start in a sales role where you quickly gain a deep understanding of: 
 
- Our products and solutions 
- Our customers and market 
- How commercial decisions are made
- What it takes to win in a competitive industry 

From there, your career can move in several directions – depending on your performance, strengths, and ambition: 
 
- Specialist roles within the sales organization
- Key Account Management
- Junior management roles
- Opportunities across the Nordic and EMEA organization

- A permanent full-time position in our 2026 Graduate Program, based in your home country, starting in week 32.

Your Graduate Journey

As a Graduate, you will begin by developing a strong foundation in sales and customer relations. You will start in a field-based sales role, where you will: 

- Conduct on-site customer visits using your fully equipped demo vehicle. 

- Demonstrate and sell the full range of MILWAUKEE® products to professional end-users. 

- Participate in trade shows, product events, and hands-on customer demonstrations. 

- Learn from experienced colleagues how to build and grow customer relationships. 

Who we are looking for
Graduate from Nordics

A graduate from Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland and fluent in English and one Nordic language.

Background

Bachelor's or master's degree in business-related fields, engineering or similar – or completed trade education with 1–3 years of experience. 

 

Flexibility

You need to have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel on a regular basis.

The Recruitment Process

The first screening is handled by Academic Search International - one of Scandinavia’s most merited companies within Executive Search & Interim Management. 

Candidates selected from this stage are invited to a joint Assessment Center at our Nordic HQ in Copenhagen. This is a key part of our recruitment process and is conducted by TTI stakeholders. During the days, you will participate in interactive exercises, business cases, group tasks, and interviews. 

The Assessment Center allows us to understand not only what you know, but how you think, collaborate, communicate, and perform in real business situations. It also gives you the opportunity to experience our culture firsthand and assess whether TTI is the right fit for you.

The Assessment Center will take place on the 11th and 12th of may 2026.
